I'm hooked onto this song.

Saw my ex-volleyball coach on the way to church this afternoon, just like in the dream. Only he didn't see me. Brr...

So after I reach church, we started practising for the song we're gonna perform on the 31st. Had lunch, then went back and practised non-stop till 4pm? Played some badminton, after which I walked home with Jem, Bin Huay and his friend "Yao Ming". Watched tv from 7 to 10pm.

Yawn... I'd better hit my crib now.

Thursday 28 December 2006

I'm not the one getting a ride. Ahem! (Hint: look at the third photo)

Woke up at one this afternoon with my head throbbing.

Cracked up a little, am feeling better now.

Going to exercise with Calister and all later. I might go jogging alone soon. I'm in serious need of some me-time, to get some stuff off my mind.

Breathing space, that is what I really need. I apologise if I sounded bored on the phone, Cal.

Again, weird dreams.
Two nights ago, I dreamt that I was in school waiting for a certain 'O' level paper to commence, then I realised I wasn't in school uniform. I tried to rush home, but then I forgot what I was rushing home for, so I went back to the hall. Again, I realised I was in home clothes. Then I woke up with my heart palpitating wildly.

Yet another weird dream last night.
I was grocery shopping with someone, then I saw this tin of biscuits I really wanted (the atmosphere was very christmas-sy). I bought a tin, but the cashier gave me the whole series at the price of that tin. I paid with HKD? Lol. This probably meant I was piggish, nothing much. Haha!

Can anyone decipher this?

Met up with Hanny, Allie and CC at JP to catch the Holiday. Not too bad, I s'pose. But I doubt guys will like it. Afterwhich we sent CC away in order to buy her "surprise" birthday cake (which, mentioned in her blog, didn't turn out to be a surprise afterall). Headed to school for the barbeque.

The barbeque was a disaster, I'd say. It turned out to be a barbeque (only for the councilors), while the rest had steamboat. Grr... I can't believe I wasted $8 on hotdogs. I shall never go back for any whatsoever events ever. Those who didn't come back made a wise choice. Less than half of 4-1 turned up by the way. Nevertheless, I enjoyed myself cuz the presence of the girls, Miss Tang, and Gan Die made up for it. I miss y'all so much already ):

Played with the fireworks Fat bought, and we had so much fun taking photographs.

Left JSS with Pat at 8 for service rehearsal. Then walked home after that, bumped into Fat and Atiq at the bus stop opposite school.

Am talking to Amirul online, and we miss 4-1!
Rene's leaving Singapore for the United States soon. We'll miss you sampan boy.
Sigh... and stupid Zheng Long failed his N's.

I'd better find a job soon, I wanna get some moolah and not idle my time away. It's time for a real job.

Zhongying's leaving Singapore for Malaysia tomorrow.
Bon voyage! New Year's Eve without the sotong is a bummer.

And I haven't posted photos from HK, not that I've forgotten too.
Have been busy enjoying myself lately.
Heh!

Tuesday 26 December 2006

I'll be completely frank with you, Tan Yan Rong! I do not have a boyfriend!
Yes yes, I miss you, all of my MAOs oh-so-very-much! ):
Okay, so I was a little busy these few days. I've been going to church every day since I was back. Playing ping pong, captain's ball, police and thief. Gee! Makes me feel like I'm a kid again, cuz I didn't have to worry about anything except to play! I got the chance to get along with someone new, and that's Zhong Ying's pal, Sandy, I'm talking about. She's really nice and friendly (:
A very belated Christmas and Happy Birthday to my dearest Kee Kai! You're fifteen now, stop cracking jokes that aren't funny okay? I'm sorry I couldn't come for service but I do miss E212 very much. Melina, Bao Hui, Eugene, Andy, Kee Kai, Hui Ting...
This Christmas was somehow, lacking of something.
I am becoming increasingly intolerant towards people who assume they know everything, but they really do not. What's wrong with being in the Chinese congregation? Does that mean we're inferior to you people? Aren't you people Chinese too? I almost let you immature people ruin my X'mas Eve. Retard.
I've been staying out late for 4 consecutive nights, at Jurong Lake Park.
"Oi go home now my mom nagging :-) park got evil _______... Unsafe"- as quoted by Pin Xuan.
And a very Happy Boxing Day to everyone out there! Bring on the booze!
(Marcus is muttering sweet nothings to his Christina on the phone. Buay tahan!)

I miss you so much, it hurts.
It's starting all over again.
Object of obsession? I don't know.
Why does this always happen? I don't want it to, but I can't help it.
I yearn to see you, but I get disappointed everytime.
Four years, but there's nothing about you I can claim to know.

And you don't care. I suppose.

Seize the day

Seize the day or die regretting the time you lost
It's empty and cold without you here, too many people to ache over

I see my vision burn, I feel my memories fade with time
But I'm too young to worry
These streets we travel on will undergo our same lost past

I found you here, now please just stay for a while
I can move on with you around
I hand you my mortal life, but will it be forever?
I'd do anything for a smile, holding you 'til our time is done
We both know the day will come, but I don't want to leave you

I see my vision burn, I feel my memories fade with time
But I'm too young to worry (a melody, a memory, or just one picture)

Seize the day or die regretting the time you lost
It's empty and cold without you here, too many people to ache over

Newborn life replacing all of us, changing this fable we live in
No longer needed here so where do we go?
Will you take a journey tonight, follow me past the walls of death?
But girl, what if there is no eternal life?

I see my vision burn, I feel my memories fade with time
But I'm too young to worry (a melody, a memory, or just one picture)

Seize the day or die regretting the time you lost
It's empty and cold without you here, too many people to ache over

Trials in life, questions of us existing here, don't wanna die alone without you here
Please tell me what we have is real

So, what if I never hold you, yeah, or kiss your lips again?
Woooaaah, so I never want to leave you and the memories of us to see
I beg don't leave me

Seize the day or die regretting the time you lost
It's empty and cold without you here, too many people to ache over

Trials in life, questions of us existing here, don't wanna die alone without you here
Please tell me what we have is real

Silence you lost me, no chance for one more day
I stand here alone
Falling away from you, no chance to get back home
I stand here alone
Falling away from you, no chance to get back home

Jss BBQ Christmas Party. All teachers and Graduating Classes are invited. 27th Dec. 5:00pm. Each student pay $8 for building bbq pit. Venue: In sch.

And so, hello! I am back! Was very tired last night cuz our flight got delayed for almost/more than an hour. Why? A passenger was feeling unwell so he/she had to get off the plane, then the tow truck was unable to disconnect from the plane. Then later, another passenger didn't feel too good and had to get off, with her luggage of course, so our plane went back to the whatever-you-call-that so she and her family can disembark. Bah! Then during the process of removing their luggage, one of the compartments used to contain everyone's luggage was damaged, and had to be repaired so we waited for a bloody hour ): All of that I can stand, but two really adorable kiddos behind us were insuferable. Gabbing non-stop and kicking both Jem's and my seat. Walaoeh! NON-STOP DURING THE WHOLE HOUR, EVEN WHEN THE PLANE TOOK OFF. They kicked our seats again, then Jem ticked them off. Silence for only 2 hours, then they started again, fortunately for the movies/games. Touched down around 1.30am then reached home around 3am.

Slept at 4am then woke up at 9 this morning.
To church for our (combined cellgroup outing) meeting. After that, went to Cineleisure for a movie- Eragon. Nice movie I say, very touching and the effects are far out! :D Then we were supposed to have cheese fondue. Disappointing la! Shan't elab. Ended up eating the usual Creamy Chicken Pasta at Pastamania. WT, ZY, En Ci, Si Wei left after dinner and we continued walking around town. JieYing wanted to buy a black blouse, so we went to Isetan @ Wisma Atria to scout for it. JieYing and KhaiYun and us (YuXuan, PinXuan, Calister, Cassandra, Jem and I) went our separate ways, before meeting up to take 190 out of town. We got off at Bukit Panjang Plaza and we went to Mac's for some ice cream, while JieYing and KhaiYun went home. Took 180 to Lakeside MRT station then Jem and I walked home with Calister and Cassandra.
Lol.

This post's kinda disorganised.
Well night! I gotta go sleep now cuz we're playing ping pong at church tmr! :D
& FYI, I like to call table tennis, ping pong.

I wanna watch Curse of the Golden Flower, and Night at the Museum!

I've been dreaming of irrelevant stuffs recently, like bumping into my volley coach somewhere, and something about Gabriel. I wonder why. I haven't talked to Gab for ages. Gee... Whatever.

12:32 am

Monday 18 December 2006

Was talking to Saravanabavan Karthik Narayanan *pants* just now. Man, I miss the insane 4-1 people. The stupid guys laughing at us girls over every single incident, the girls being superbly noisy in the computer lab... I miss everyone! ):

Went to Tsim Sha Tsui last night with Jacq and her bf Joey for dinner. Then we shopped after that. Reached home at 11 plus. The thing I love about HK is that the shops doesn't close even after 10pm, and people flood the streets till late.

Woke up around 10 this morning then to First Kau Fu's salon for some hair makeover! I've chopped off all my locks! :D Every single strand. I am bald now.

Fell for that didja? Hahahaha! I only trimmed my bangs and highlighted a few strands of hair. It's not obvious, but I love it.

I'm coming home to SG tmr night. My flight number's SQ891. Come to the airport if you wanna be the first to see me! Lol. I'm just kidding, no one has to come. On the other hand, Jem told me that many of his friends wanna come. Proud ah? Bah! Fine, I am envious.

Am satisfied with my harvest. Bought quite a number of stuff, best of all, everything's on sale! :D
Cheep cheep!

Well okay, I shall get off now.
Tag me to tell me how much you miss me.
Okay, I'm thick-skinned.

Ngor hou bao. Hehehhhehehehheheeeheh :D

Bye Hong Kong.
Hello Singapore! :D

8:12 pm

Sunday 17 December 2006

The temperature was 12 degrees celsius last night. It's a little better today, the temp. being 18.

Woke up early this morning to go to a nearby church for service because Dad had to take the train to China. Sent Dad off, then we went home.

Around 4 plus, we came to Popo's, then Mom and Popo went to visit 3rd Kaufu. While Jem and I stayed home and watched the lame movies. Alright.

7:02 pm

Saturday 16 December 2006

The weather is freeezink!
I wore my thick PJs, my Nike sweater, and had 2 thick blankets to sleep last night. And today, the temperature dropped dramatically. I wore my Esprit long sleeved tee, a cardigan, and a fleece to Popo's.

The initial plan for today was to fetch Popo to the hospital to visit Third Kaufu, but he said we need not come, so we didn't. Stayed at Popo's house to watch TV and laughed our guts out. The movies were so funneh. Nothing special happened except we had dinner with my Mom's family last night. And nope, no photos taken. Oh, we did a little shopping. Heh!

Dad's going for Mainland China tmr, we were supposed to go with him but Mom said it's a waste of time since Dad's going for business. Sigh. Another 2 days without Dad. No specific plans for tmr. I'm dying to return to Singapore, and I'd like to take this weather back. And I miss my baby JJ! ):

Before I forget,
Happy birthday Atiqah!

8:55 pm

Thursday 14 December 2006

I slept on the sofa last night, while Jem slept on a mattress beside the sofa. Cousin Jacq and Kao Mo came home late from mahjong then saw my hand on Jem's face, then Jem's legs were on our luggage. Hilarious, I must say. Hahahahahahaahah!

Had siew mai (so much nicer than SG's), put zai gou, zhu chang fen for breakfast. Absolutely scrumptious! (:

It's 16 degree celcius now, but it's just nice.

We're leaving for the apartment at Yau Ma Tei now, then to Mong Kok for shopping and food! :D
Won't be online as often.

(:

2:42 pm

Wednesday 13 December 2006

Last night's steamboat was deliciouso! We had tons of food, and I ate alot. My 1st Uncle i.e. my dai kao fu, commented once again, that I'm fat. Bah! We ate till around 11 and took the mini bus home.

I didn't sleep well last night, cuz I was sharing the upper deck with Jacqueline, Mom with Popo on the lower deck, Jeremy on the floor. It was initially cold last night, then around 1am, it became a little stuffy. And it's really too crampy, so I only managed to sleep a little. When Dad comes, we'll be staying over at Dad's friend's vacant house in Yau Ma Tei.

I'm going to Telford Plaza with Mom(without Jem Lien) now, then over to Yau Ma Tei to check the house out.

Nice free air-conditioning everywhere, plus it's raining now. Heh!
Think we're going to Disneyland tmr, Jacq's got free admission tix :D

[edit]
So I'm back from Yau Ma Tei. The apartment's not too big and terribly messy, but it's classy. It's like a condominium, complete with a clubhouse, gym and some other stuff I haven't checked out. It's on the 33rd storey, overlooking Lutheran Middle School; my paternal grandpa founded it, and my dad studied there. Way cool! There are even ushers who open the door for you at the main entrance. Even cooler! Besides, the MTR is just next to it. I love that place, and I can't wait to move in tomorrow! Not that Popo's place isn't good, it has two basketball courts, two tennis courts, two badminton courts, and one huge swimming pool. Will upload the photos when I get back.

Jem Lien's playing basketball with a bunch of guys downstairs. I can't imagine them communicating, he can't speak cantonese for nuts! Hahahaahahahhaa! Unlike me, I can't do anything else besides playing the virus-laden computer. I wanna go shopping at Langham Place in Mong Kok real soon!

Plans to go Disneyland might be cancelled.
It's kinda cold now, cuz it was raining continuously.

Okay, I'm getting off here. The computer's waaaaaaaay lagging, and it's almost killing me.
S'long!

Tuesday 12 December 2006

Hello people! I'm in HK now (: At my maternal grandma's house in Kowloon Bay, using my cousin's (lousy) computer. Whoops!

Touched down at around 2.30pm today, and went to my grandma's house, then to Princess Elizabeth Hospital to visit my 3rd Uncle (maternal). His surgery wound had an infection ): My dad's joining us this Thursday! No specific plans for this whole HK trip, so it's kind of boring. Hopefully, I'll be able to do some shopping...

Oh, and the weather's splendid! I loooooooove the not-too-cold-and-not-hot-ness. Whee!
Don't call me, message me instead. Or you can email me! Hahahahaha!
I miss my buds, church pals and everyoneeeeeee (I'm lying).

Was kinda emotional during the day, but I'm better now.
Mom, Jeremy and I will be going for steamboat at Telford Plaza with my 1st Uncle, Aunt, Cousin Jacq, and Grandma at around 9 :D

Why do I miss you so
And they're right, it's gonna be the joke.

Back from work. Going for foot massage! :D

7:41 pm

Tuesday 5 December 2006

Worked for the first time in my life today. It ain't exactly a job, manual labour sounds more appropriate. Besides, it was very last minute kind of thing. Mom had to tear me off my bed to get me preparing for work. Dad came home to send me to his office/mini factory, i.e. my workplace. After his partner's children came to work, Dad left, leaving poor lil' Victoria behind to fend for herself. All of three of partner's kids came to work, and I, the ever lonesome one, was alone without my sibling. Darling Jem Lien already had his day scheduled. I felt like I was dumb (As in mute, speechless, voiceless, impaired. Not retarded, you retard.), that feeling was unbearable. I love talking y'know! It is hard work man, I can't reveal much but it's @#($*&%^!!!-ing backbreaking. It's not like simple pasting letter or what-nots. Just lemme whine. The worse part wasn't the job I tell you, it's the being mute for 6 hours! Poor ol' Vicky.

Jem Lien messaged me:
"How was it? Entertaining? How much did you earn?"

Earning money isn't supposed to be entertaining/enjoyable/easy what. At least I'm not ill- treated. Partner's family asked if I wanted agar-agar, if I wanted Lakerols, if I wanted a break, or a Pepsi. Haha! Partner even complimented me on my good job (I didn't know, Dad told me). Cool shizz. Partner's youngest boy is cute, keeps gabbing non-stop. And ironically, he looks like Jem. Tubby roll of sushi.

5 bucks an hour ain't that bad.
Hopefully, Jem Lien doesn't back out tomorrow (@*#&$%^&! him, he JUST did that).
Walao eh! Too bad, go play your stupid soccer while I get all the moo-lah.
It's his loss.

Besides the moo-lah, the other reward I got was JJ's howls (that means he's very happy) when I went home (:

Yesterday>>
Met Pat, Hanny and Hwee at JP. We rented vcds: Poseidon, Date Movie (My first NC16 film!), She's the Man, The Exorcism of Emily Rose. We watched the first three movies, and chickened out on the last one. Way creepy! And yesterday was dear Hwee's 17th birthday. I hope you enjoyed yesterday as much as I do.
(:

Gonna learn the bass this Saturday! Heehhheheheeee.
Oh, I forgot to mention that both my paternal gandparents are in HK and they're coming back this Sunday! I miss them tons! Then it'd be my turn to fly to HK!

(: Ending off with this very random photo during Survivor Idol camp.
Survivor Idol Camp!

Sunday 3 December 2006

Hello! My birthday wasn't that bad afterall. No photos were taken though.

Nov 30, 2006>>
ZY, WT & Calister came over for some mahjong at night!
Calister stayed over & we really bummed the night away, watched tons of teevee.

Dec 1, 2006>>
Woke up early to meet ZY & WT to jog at Jurong Lake Park with Calister.
Had our breakfast at the market, then walked home.
Bathed, met them on the bus to go JEC to watch Open Season! & Brandon was the only guy.
I love the bunny throwing scene. Haha!
Saw Zheng Wei at JEC arcade, was totally surprised cuz I haven't seen him since eons ago. We went to IMM, and I saw Melina when we were about to leave for ZY's house (:
Went to ZY's house to slack and had dinner, then to church for prayer meeting.
Supper then home!
I love JCC Youth!

Dec 2, 2006>>
WT, Calister, Jabez, Brandon and their family off to Taiwan ):
Went Vivo with my MAOs, excluding Hwee, Pat & Yannz.
I love love love love Vivo, because it's all in one! There's Pull and Bear, GAP, Forever 21, Topshop! But I only bought my Everlast tanktop, cuz I'm cash strapped. Were supposed to meet Pat at Plaza Sing., but she couldn't make it ): We had dinner at Cafe Cartel.

Alison's & Shihan's.

Mine.

Cecilia's.

Love the girl (:

Bought 2 other tops at Outfitter Girls cuz there was 30% discount storewide. Shhhh..! I'm an auntie at heart. Heh :P

Today>>
Cellgroup had pathetic attendance, there were only 6 of us: ZY, Kaiming, Wei Guo, Wei En, Si Min and I. Then cellgroup outing was cancelled cuz Jieying's maternal grandmama passed away. The cellgroup's going to the funeral wake later.

Some random photos:

Looks like a dog, but eats like a pig.

I took this photo of grandpa on the sly, a few days ago.
